Can you help me adjust my video card for best performance?

Ok so here is the thing there are settings but i don’t know what they do, but if you know a thing or two about then can you tell me how should i adjust them by making my card work on it’s best? Also can you please explain to me what each of those setting do? Thanks!

If this is an intel integrated chip ie onboard then I would recommend getting a cheap dedicated card. As far as I remember the onboard cards use a portion of your system memory as their own.
Dedicated graphics memory is faster.
Try these

To disable vsync, set Asynchronous Flip to On
Anisotropic filter =off
Driver memory footprint=high
Force S3TC texture compression: 1
Force TXT1 texture compression: 1
Depth buffer bit depth: 1.Default
Flipping policy: 1.Flip 2.Blit / try either

Try lowering the resolution of games, lower all in game visual options to their min values and raise them up and test the games.
Use any ingame benchmarks to give you an idea or look onlilne for specific game tweaks to improve framerates.
